Safety Flaggers and Course Marshals

Flaggers are our most important volunteers of the race.   Help runners and walkers cross driveways and streets along the route safely.   You will be assigned to a driveway or street crossing along the route, and given a bright colored safety vest to wear.

Day of Race Set Up

This one is for the early birds.   Set up cones and signage along the race route. Or choose to set up the finish arch and race staging areas.

Registration and Packet Pick Up

Hand out packets to registered runners, or sign up people for the race.

Kids Dash

Help manage the Kid's Dash that happens before the main race.

First Aid

Have a medical background?  We need someone for basic first aid during the event.   Major aid needs will be referred to emergency services.

START Line

Help manage runners at the start of the race.

Water Station

Fill cups or hand them to runners at our water station on the course.

Finish Line

We need techy types to clock finish times on our timing app, people to take and organize the bib timing strips, and people to hand out medals and "I beat the Lungman" stickers.
Volunteers in this area should be 18 or older.
